T.i., kā nianses mainās, ja to pašu mažora melodiju pārceļ pa kādiem toņiem/pustoņiem augstāk vai zemāk.

“Emotions of songs in C major”

What kind of emotions did you experience when watching this song? I think the feelings I got were of faith, innocence and positive strength. So usually songs in C major carry emotions of pureness, innocence, faith and simplicity.

“Emotions of songs in G major”

What are some characteristic emotions of songs in the key of G major? Usually everything is of a traditional, beautiful and lyrical quality. Often there’s a tender thankfulness for genuine friendship and true love.

When we summarize this we can say that gentle and peaceful emotions are expressed by the person’s heart. A good example of this is „From This Moment On” by Shania Twain.

“Emotions of songs in D major”

These are often feelings of triumph, war-cries, victory and glory. Songs in this key are usually suitable for symphonies and big vocal choruses because they convey a feeling of perseverance with an outcome of victory.

May be the songs above aren’t of this caliber but each of them conveys some emotion of perseverance whether the outcome does or doesn’t reflect a feeling of victory.

“Emotions of A major”

Usually this key represents youthful cheerfulness (Free As A Bird), conditions of innocent love (She Makes My Day). Other emotions can be fulfillment with one’s relationship and wishing to see one’s much-loved again when separating.

“Emotions of E major”

Emotions in this key are loud shouts of pleasure (Uptown Girl), laughing enjoyment and not yet fully satisfied (The Kiss) and full delight (Ebony and Ivory).

“Emotions of B major”

Emotions in this key are strongly coloured often reflecting crazy passions (Born This Way). Feelings which are close to one’s heart such as anger and rage (Mellowship Slinky in B major). Others are jealousy, fury and despair (If You Leave Me Now).

“Emotions of songs in F major”

While watching these songs how did you feel? Happy, sad, angry or peaceful? Most songs in this key are of a calm nature and showing a determination to please others by accomplishing their wishes. So this should be a positive key, guys.

“Emotions of songs in B flat major”

After listening to these songs what were you feelings? I think this key portrays several different feelings. The song “Return To Innocence” shows  a clear conscience about live (or live in reverse or live after death, whatever you want to call it).

“Weird” by Hanson shows hope and desire for a better world although at the same time it reflects discontentment with oneself and everything else. “Crackerbox Palace” shows a kind of cheerful love. In short this key reflects several emotions, good and bad ones.

“Emotions of songs in E flat major”

Emotions in this key are mostly of love and commitment (“I don’t know how to love him” and “You’re still the one”).

“Emotions of songs in A flat major”

What emotions do these songs carry with them, what do you feel (if you feel anything)?

When you listen to “Rise”, seriousness and judgement are playing a big role in this song. “The Power Of Love” expresses some kind of eternity. “I Wish It Would Rain Down” reflects the graveness of somebody’s wrong doing.

Another expression of this key can be the rotten smell of something decaying (something you don’t want to be near).

“Emotions of songs in D flat major”

This key carries quite a few emotions. The first one is deception, that is when someone looks in a way that implies bad lust or harmful intention. This then may develop into sadness and grief or overwhelming happiness which are each others opposites. Furthermore one cannot laugh or cry out loudly but do smile or control ones crying.

I think the last two songs “Music Of The Night” and “All I Ask Of You” are just great examples of these. As a result only out of the ordinary characters and emotions can be presented in this key. Db is definitely a suitable key for musicals, plays and operas.

“Emotions of songs in G flat (or F sharp) major”

Emotions in this key are victory over difficulties, a sigh of comfort uttered when challenges are overcome (You’ll Be In My Heart). Another feeling is that of an echo of a spirit which has very heavily fought and finally won.

Ģitāristam gan der padomāt, kā šīs nianses izpaužas tieši ģitārai.

vēl kāds varēja izpētīt, kas notiek, ja C melodiju, kuŗa ir pureness, innocence, faith and simplicity transponē uz D, vai melodija kļūs triumph, war-cries, victory and glory??

Manuprāt, neliela buļļakaku piedeva pētījuma ir pievienota.

to, kas latviski, gan sacerējis esmu es, oriģinālā tā nebija...

Bet ja kāds teiks, ka man savas «vīrišķīgās skumjas» par to, ka «my baby left me this morning», obligāti jāizsaka Em, tad es velku ārā savu kara cirvi alko-ģitāru un parādu, kur vēži ziemo blūzs mājo.
